Phase 2

Strength Lifting

(12-16 weeks)

In order to effectively grow muscle and change your body you need to have the strength to do that. The stronger you are the easier it is for your body to move. The more effective you will be at isolating the muscles during lifting. This is crucial to maintain proper form and gain the best results.

Phase 3

Muscle Sculpting

(12-16 weeks)

Once you have gone through Phase 1 & 2 and stayed diligent with your food intake your body will be fully equipped to begin muscle sculpting. You will be able to push yourself in ways you may never have seen possible. Going past any limitations you may have believed you had and achieving physical accomplishments your hard work will reward.

Full Body Cardio Burn

The less body fat you have the more lean and fuller your muscles look. Giving you the attractive appearance of a fit person. Now the trick is to get your body to burn body fat and not muscle. Without causing overtrain and losing your hard earned muscle I will include intervals of high heart rate cardio in every routine. Turning your body into a fat burning machine whie strengthing your muscles.

After completion of all 3 Phases

Total Body Fitness

(27-38 weeks)

At this point your body has changed dramatically. You are now apart of a fitness lifestyle. But instead of maintaining your look why not keep improving. After exhausting all the benefits of the 3 phase program only through constant change will you be able to continue your path to physical success. Based off your achievements and results I will continue to devise specifically design routines geared around you helping you maintain a lifestyle of health and fitness. Whether you want to compete for a competition or simply want to look good in your jeans I will never stop being your source of motivation. Making your training experience fun, exciting and never the same.

Training

After an evaluation of your physical condition I will devise a series of routines that are shaped around you depending on what you have set for your physical and fitness goals.

Phase 1

Circuit Training

Full body preparation for muscle sculpting. I will put you through preliminary exercises that will create a foundation for your body. Highlighting your physical strengths and weaknesses.
